RULES AND RESTRICTIONS

Rates quoted above are only valid for the number of guests, check-in dates and length of stay shown. They do not include other costs you may choose to incur during your stay.
There is a Credit Card required for this reservation.
You must be AT LEAST 18 to check in to this property.
At check in, the front desk will verify your check-out date. Rates quoted are based on check-in date and length of stay. Should you choose to depart early, price is subject to change.
We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error.
This booking is subject to the Blue Palm Hotel Terms & Conditions as set forth by the Hotel.
Pets are allowed at a fee of $10.00 per pet and per night. Pets needs to be informed in advance as a special request due the rooms availability. A penalty of $100.00 will charge for non announced pet.
Smoking is allowed only inside smoking room, pool area and parking lot area, A penalty of $100.00 will be charged for smoking in a non smoking room or non smoking area. Changes in reservations from smoking room to non smoking rooms are subject to the prevailing availability, hotel restrictions including rate changes.
No local residents within 25 miles radius around the hotel location are allowed to check in. Exception can be made in accordance to special situation and under management approval.
Changes to the reservation may result in additional charges. All modifications to a reservation are subject to the prevailing availability and hotel restrictions, including minimum night stay requirements.

TAX AND SERVICE CHARGE

Taxes are estimated based on a 6.50 % per room per night tax and a 6.00 % per room per night secondary tax. Changes in taxes or fees applied after booking may affect the total rate for your stay.
If cancelled before 48 hours, a cancellation fee of 5% the entire reservation amount will be charged.
If cancelled within 48 hours, 1 Night Room & Tax will be charged.
Hotel Check-in Time is: 3:00 PM. Hotel Check-out Time is: 11:00 AM. Late checkout option is available at a fee of $39.95 & Tax until 6:00 PM.
A Credit Card hold or a Cash deposit of $100.00 per room and per night is required at the check in for warranties purposes, the Credit Card hold will be released or deposit will be refund if no damage or other charges occurs.
$2.50 per night Resort Fee + tax payable directly to resort upon check-in applies to all reservations.
